Terms of Service

By creating an account on AgriBrainiers and/or making an investment, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident (or NRI where permitted), and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

KYC

Investments are released only after successful KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, and bank proof). Documents are reviewed by the AgriBrainiers operations team.

Investor agreement

Each investment is governed by an individual investor agreement generated at the time of investment, which forms part of these terms. The agreement specifies the project, plan, tenure, moratorium, payout schedule, and applicable risk.

Cancellation & refunds

Once payment is captured and the investor agreement is generated, the investment is binding for the full tenure. Refunds (in case of failed projects, fraud, or system errors) are governed by the Refund Policy and the investor agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to the Company.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
