AgriBrainiers was founded in 2019 by a small team of agronomists, ex-bankers and second-generation farmers who watched a paradox unfold for two decades: India's farms produce real cash flow — but Indian investors couldn't access it.
Traditional capital markets give you equities, bonds and gold. Real estate gives you illiquid tenant headaches. Agri-investments — when structured correctly — sit in the rare quadrant of real-asset backing, predictable yield, and tax efficiency.
Today, we run a ₹128 Cr book across seven verticals, with 2,340+ investors receiving quarterly distributions. Every project is owned in either an NCD shell (for debt) or an LLP shell (for equity) — never co-mingled.
