AgriBrainiers (operated by Brainiers Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., "the Company", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide when you register, complete KYC, or make an investment: name, email, phone, PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, and supporting KYC documents.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to (a) verify your identity per RBI/SEBI KYC norms, (b) process investments and quarterly payouts, (c) send transaction notifications, statements and agreements, and (d) comply with applicable Indian law.

Sharing of information

We share information only with (i) the payment partners you select (Razorpay, Instamojo, Stripe) for processing payments, (ii) banking partners for disbursements, and (iii) regulators when legally required. We do not sell your data.

Data security

Sensitive credentials are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable. KYC documents are stored on Emergent Object Storage with restricted access.

Your rights

You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by writing to investor@agribrainiers.in. Account deletion may be limited by statutory record-retention requirements (typically 8 years for financial records).
